A value and feature rich web2.0'ish IDX system with open ability to utilize RSS feeds of listing data (all listings) for seo benefit. The base IDX package is very elegant and extremely configurable and is connected to a decent CRM for lead and contact management. The fact that you get all this configurability and the RSS feeds and don't have to use their website or blog platform is key. Yes, it's an iFrame solution like the others but utilizing their source/iframe code allows for a NO scrollbar effect which creates a more integrated and seamless look. Integrating their RSS feeds can generate tasty seo juice as well. Overall, I like their system because it's very empowering as a user and they have minimized the amount of screen refreshes for simple tasks that are often repeated. It should be noted that I have received feedback pertaining to a lack of intuitiveness from less internet savvy home searchers.

| Con's | * Search interface isn't guided and can lose some (less internet savvy) people * Does not capture referring url for lead sourcing though the lead source could be achieved through effective use of google analytics * Can not configure registration form for lead capture based on a content type (ie. pictures or virtual tours) * Can't link to the registration form from other items because it's based in javascript. |

I have used their IDXPress and dsSearchAgent.
I wish I had used something like IDX broker, which loads fast, has customization, has client capture and indexes well.
Unfortunately after a year and a half and thousands of hours working with their solutions, it will be almost impossible to implement this solution now.

| Con's | Both DiverseSolution products load slow, sometimes as much as 20 seconds per property detail page. Load times depends largely on distance away from their servers in California. The WordPress Pluggin, IDXPress, has no lead capture. Tech support offer limited answers from the programming department. Does not index well in Bing or Yahoo or others other than Google. No customization of the interface. Two aerial maps load on all detail pages for IDXPress when only one is needed. All IDXPress detail pages that have a virtual tour have an outgoing link to another website (not good for SEO) |
