This is a very robust system offering a broad range of features and abilities that are quite nice for a small brokerage and/or individual agent and yes, you read it right, the fact that it's an all-in-one solution is both a pro and a con. It's a "pro" if you're wanting an out of the box system that is feature rich. It's a "con" though if you want maximum flexibility with regard to specific implementations of IDX on one or multiple sites, and the fundamental fact of not being able to host your website where you want to control your own destiny.
The reality is there is no one system that is perfect for everybody (but you already knew that :) I hope.)
Let me admit that I don't have as much experience with this system as some of the others I've reviewed here but I would say, based on what I've seen so far, that if you're looking for a turn-key solution with strong CRM abilities you should take a closer look at Quicksilver.
Note: This review is in bad need for some input from agents or brokers who are or have used Quicksilver. It's important for other realtors to know how well the system performs, or doesn't perform, in terms of lead generation (quantity and quality), customer service and the overall experience in dealing with Quicksilver. Looking forward to your feedback...

The all in one real estate website and IDX system from Blueroof 360 is far reaching and pretty dang cool. Though it runs on a proprietary CMS and can only be hosted by and with them (which I don't like) the system itself is highly evolved and feature rich for agents and for brokers.
I didn't have a bunch of time to review this system but from what I saw, it has most of the key contact management features you would expect in a good IDX solution but also had an array of features oriented towards listing clients. These features give listing clients the ability to log in from their PC's or their mobile device to find real time info on the # of viewings, open house feedback, offers and all sorts of helpful info. How helpful, or how often a listing client might check this info is up for debate, but clearly you would look like a star showing this off during your listing presentation.
Brokers - can add agents to the CRM without charge as well as providing a basic website for each agent according to Blueroof. Lead distribution is done pretty similar to the Century21 lead router system of accepting leads within a specified time limit.
The Search - isn't really customizable in terms of look and feel and if you can't deal with the links to zillow and all the walkscore stuff then you might look elsewhere. However Blueroof 360 management pointed out to me that their search was a recent winner of a webby award.
SEO friendly / Indexable MLS listings? - Yes, it has that ability but I personally wouldn't rate this system as one of the most SEO friendly. Sure each listing gets a SEO friendly url and title tag but thats about the extent of it. Community pages and all other custom search results
pages do not.
All the other stuff - is what I think brings solid value to the table for Blueroof and the fact that it's $100/mo.
If you can get by the fact that your online destiny is in their hands, not yours (which is no different than many others IDX providers listed here on this site), this could be the right system for you.
| Pro's | Highly comprensive Mobile version optimized Advanced Listing client features |
| Con's | Proprietary - can't self host Could be more seo friendly Could allow for some customization of the actual IDX search |

Real Shout is really exciting for a few different reasons. To me the primary draw is the fact that it's a plugin for Wordpress that creates an seo friendly property search ability for your wordpress blog. Two, it's FREE and works outside of your MLS, using Google base as the listing data source - which is just cool! Three, it looks good and was pretty straight forward in setting up. In a fairly short amount of time I was able to install it and modiy a few lines of code to dial in the SEO settings so title tags update dynamically for each listing detail view. I'm not an expert in the full extent of this plugins abilities but it appears as though you could create custom searches by city or perhaps community, price point, property type and so on to create effective "quick links" to dial in the system to the areas you service. I view this ability as a necessity to any decent IDX system, let a lone a free open source system that bypasses the stranglehold of an MLS.
Additionally, they include links to schools, and other local attractions as well. Real Shout also say's that a new version is in development and once that launches they will begin work on a version for the Joomla! open source cms as well.
I say, keep up the great work so far and really looking forward to the next version.
Current Real Shout users, please share your experience / success with the system thus far...

Dynamic Page Solutions IDX system appears to be another highly seo friendly IDX System for Realtors. Though you can't take full control of your website like some other systems you can edit meta data and content for existing pages (this is a step up from many others in this category).
Not unlike, Realty Net Media and Realzi, this solution seems to have been developed from a search engine perspective first and a contact management / sales and marketing tool for Realtors second. As I've mentioned before about systems like this one, this is ultimately a good thing for the industry. They are planning to add some sort of back end access and provide integration into an existing real estate contact manager (Wise Agent) relatively soon. I look forward to these enhancements and the ongoing development of their solution.
| Pro's | Highly search engine friendly * Looks good * Affordable * Hands-off - they do it all |
| Con's | Limited to zero backend access, though you can edit (probably from front end) metadata and page content. * Can't add your own new pages * No integrated contact management * No email listing updates, email blast or drip email |

Similar to Realzi, Realty Net Media has a really nice IDX system that's purpose built for the search engines. Nice and simple layouts, quick search ability and lots of pre-built search links to communities are all handled by them, and of course to realize these benefits you must use their website platform / cms. Leads that are generated will be emailed to you and you will enter them into a CRM of some sort and start your follow up.
That's what I'd like to see change.
Most of the vendors that offer the highly search engine friendly IDX systems seem to be content with leaving it at that. If they would only continue to round out their solutions to include some solid contact management and at least offer some email updates of listing information would be great.
Even better would be to offer a plugin or extension to either Wordpress or Joomla! (like Diverse Solutions has) so that the agent or broker has some other options to try and fill in the missing pieces of the puzzle.
| Pro's | Highly search engine friendly - get thousands of pages / listings indexed * Smartly designed and easy to use " Looks good * Affordable *Hands-off - they do it all |
| Con's | No backend access to do anything - they have do it all * No integrated contact management |

The Realzi solution is compelling because it looks good and is highly search engine friendly - you will get thousands of pages / listings indexed. This is a good thing for new and older websites and we all know having listings indexed is hugely valuable in snapping up buyers entering in long-tail search terms that include complete addresses, community and city names.
Realzi, is actually owned by Get Page One, LLC Search Marketing out of Austin, Texas an SEO company. This makes sense as to why you're not getting many of the standard and expected IDX system features. I think it's fair to say that this is an SEO service that uses IDX (or listing data) as it's engine. It's a different approach to the mainstream IDX offerings that are out there who are trying to enhance their products from the opposite end of the spectrum. Ultimately, this is good for all of us and hopefully, they will continue to round out it's feature set. I'm told that pre-built integration to salesforce.com is just around the corner...
| Pro's | Highly search engine friendly! Hands off - they do everything. Looks good and quite affordable. Can be connected to your top Producer CRM |
| Con's | No access to the backend (but I'm told they're working on it) No integrated contact management No listing alert emails or anything like that |

This IDX system was built by a successful, experienced, internet centric real estate broker who has clearly gone through the growing pains of ineffective lead management systems. The Real Geaks crew (which I met this weekend at the NAR expo in San Diego) have developed an IDX system that is SEO friendly (MLS listing data will get indexed by Google!) easy to use and includes a strong contact & task management system. You have the option of using their system with one of their straight forward website templates or integrating it with your existing website. The integration to your existing website is done via a custom subdomain (which is growing in popularity) as opposed to using iframes. This is key, but note that the listings actually get indexed on the subdomain as opposed to your primary domain.
Lead capture settings can be set to a specific # of searches or listing views. Once the lead is generated, the contact manager kicks in with a strong feature set to manage a large amount of contacts, tasks and appointments. Email reminders, a calendering and tagging system are empowering and shouldn't overwhelm most agents with its complexity.
The broker reporting tools are very comprehensive for distributing leads and monitoring agent activity. Auto-distribution of leads can be done by round robin, weighted round robin, area and area-round robin. Agents get automatic email reminders based on lead inquiries and scheduled tasks.
Though this is a newcomer to the IDX market and is relatively unproven (by way of current clients) the fact that the system is currently in use and generating leads at a high level (see www.adrhi.com, www.hawaiis.com & www.homesalessandiego.com) should help to reconcile any feelings of hesitation.
| Pro's | Nice looking and simple search interface Strong lead management and task management features for both the agent and the broker Very search engine friendly! Can be integrated into your existing website |
| Con's | No email marketing abilities (other than listing updates & autoresponders) No listing syndication |

Market Leader is interesting, for somewhere between $249 and $399/mo they promise you a minimum of 100 visits to your website (they provide) and some good analytics and that's that. Aside from a widget they provide there is no way to incorporate anything this system does with what you may already be doing or want to do (internet marketing related) in the future. It's a turnkey PPC solution for realtors that operates with a standalone nature. With that said, you can manually add contacts to the back-end and apparently you can, with one click, add your listings to craigslist and they also have auto syndication of your listings to the major listing hubs like Trulia, MSNBC, oodle, homescene, justlisted.com and a few others. If only there was a way to incorporate the strengths of what Market Leader does with other valuable internet marketing strategies and platforms...but if you're getting good results from a system like this than perhaps it's a moot point(?).
| Pro's | A turn-key solution for search engine marketing Perhaps good for the "hands-off" agent Good analytics on lead activity One click listing to craigslist (your listings only) |
| Con's | Can't integrate or be connected to any other internet marketing activities (aside from dropping a little widget into your existing site) Not really an IDX system (as we know them) Standalone in nature Custom searches are built by them - you can't add or edit |

Only five minutes into an agonizingly painful presentation from a Z57 "sales executive", I was left with that feeling you get when meeting with the Finance Manager on a used car lot..."how can I get out of this!". Well, I sucked it up and got through it and was left with some mixed feelings. The backend is fairly robust (though lacking some key features) and has a surprisingly strong email marketing capability, somewhat similar to
1parkplace.
The biggest problem is that you can't integrate their system into your existing site, you have to go with their website. Also, they say you can require registration based on content type (ie. pictues, virtual tours, etc.) though this ability was not demonstrated. Again, 1parkplace is the only other provider that provides this type of functionality.
The all inclusive package (IDX & Website) they offer is $499 in setup and $99/mo.
| Pro's | Comprehensive back office with solid email marketing capability. * Built-in listing syndication to (Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo real Estate, Google Base, Hot Pads, etc.) for your own listings. |
| Con's | Must use their website system * Can not integrate into your existing site |

First off, let me say that this training program was the only training program that I have ever personally gone through so my perspective, in terms of comparing to others programs, is quite limited. Having said that, I have been through many other sales related trainings and I found this one to be fairly well organized and pragmatic. There was a fair blend of motivational and practical elements to make the program effective. Aside from a few phone conference and scheduling hiccups, which aren't uncommon with these types of programs, the program delivers a high value.
| Pro's | Consistently entertaining presentation |
| Con's | Very little inclusion of the application of technology into Dale's system / program curriculum. |
