What is nofluffreviews.com all about?

Nofluffreviews.com allows Real Estate professionals to share the experiences they've had with industry vendors and lets business owners share information about their business with their customers and their prospects.

We offer a suite of FREE tools for business owners.

  • Communicate with your customers
  • Add photos, a detailed business description and up-to-date information
  • Announce special offers and upcoming events
  • Receive high quality feedback about your business
Our system is comprised of basically two things; listings and reviews. Once you register, you can add listings (ie.the idx system you use) if it's not already listed on our site. You can also add a review to any existing listing and or comment on existing reviews. Listings and reviews are slightly different from each other. When you add a listing you would also be adding a review of that listing at the same time. Reviews and comments can be added to existing listings regardless of how many reviews comments already exist for that listing and that review.
General Information

Register, then click the "write a review" link in the menu at the top. The submission form is fairly self explanatory and, though we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible, a minimal amount of fields are actually required.
How to add a listing?

Either register or login and when viewing the detail of an existing listing look for the silver "add new review" button towards the bottom of the page - it's in the User Reviews section of the page.
How to write a review?

No, as described above, reviews and listings are related but they are different. You can just write a review on an existing listing or add to other user reviews by adding your review. If the item you want to review is not listed anywhere on our site then you can add that new listing (and review it at the same time) once you have registered and logged in.
Are reviews and listings the same thing?

Send us an email, we're happy to add new categories as necessary.
How to create a new category?

You must first register or login to claim a listing (the "claim" button will not be viewable unless you are logged in). When viewing a listing or review look for the little dark grey/black "claim" button towards the top of the listing. Simply click it and fill in the pop up box that will appear.
How to claim a listing?

Claiming a listing is a good idea for vendors because you can view immediate customer feedback from a 3rd party site, one that applies no pressure to the reviewers so the feedback is open and honest. You will also receive emails anytime someone reviews your listing and or comments on a review of your listing. You can reply to user reviews and comments, publicly, to clear up any confusion about your product or service. You can also upload pictures to your listing(s).
Why should I claim a listing?

It's important to know that not every review your business receives will necessarily be positive, and you may not always agree with claims in a review. We understand that negative reviews are tough to swallow. If you have successfully claimed your listing(s) you can reply to all reviews and all comments on reviews of your listing(s). Note: Your reply will be publicly viewable. Under "My Account" at the top of our website, click on "My Listings", then click on "Read Reviews" to see all reviews for your listing. Look for the "Reply to this review" link in red in the lower right section of each review. Click on it to write your reply. You can also reply to comments on reviews of your listing. Under "My Account" click on "My Discussions & Comments" to see all comments on your listing. Click "reply to this comment" to write your reply.
My business received a negative review - what can I do?

Actually, no. People have the right to talk about what they like (and don't like) about a product they've used, a service they've tried, or an event they attended. The law is clear on this point — even if you've registered your business name as a trademark — so your best bet is to engage with your fans and critics alike, and hear what they have to say.
I'm a business owner...What if I don't want my product, service or event listed on your website - Can I have it removed?
