Realzi offers an affordable and integrated website / IDX system as a full SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that is extremely search engine friendly. However, there are some things to know before making the leap:
1. Customers do not have access to an admin control panel to make any changes, add pages, create custom searches or anything - All of that is done by Realzi.
2. A simple email is sent to you (the agent) if anybody inquires about a particular listing.
3. Get most or all of the listings in your mls indexed on your domain for roughly $100/mo.
Key missing items:
1. No email listing updates for website visitors
2. No integrated contact management
3. No backend access to manage anything yourself - pure software as a service!

The Realzi solution is compelling because it looks good and is highly search engine friendly - you will get thousands of pages / listings indexed. This is a good thing for new and older websites and we all know having listings indexed is hugely valuable in snapping up buyers entering in long-tail search terms that include complete addresses, community and city names.
Realzi, is actually owned by Get Page One, LLC Search Marketing out of Austin, Texas an SEO company. This makes sense as to why you're not getting many of the standard and expected IDX system features. I think it's fair to say that this is an SEO service that uses IDX (or listing data) as it's engine. It's a different approach to the mainstream IDX offerings that are out there who are trying to enhance their products from the opposite end of the spectrum. Ultimately, this is good for all of us and hopefully, they will continue to round out it's feature set. I'm told that pre-built integration to salesforce.com is just around the corner...

Check them out... I have been using them since July 2009 and my only regret is that I didn't sign up earlier.
| Pro's | Very long list of pros... I researched just about every Realtor/Broker IDX website out there and the Realzi product is the best one out there. The website is designed to be search engine optimized so there is really no need to spend hours trying to get your site ranked by Google... a Realzi site is built to be indexed and recognized by Google and it works... we started getting leads within about two weeks. Once they set up your site you don't have to do anything, it updates daily with all the changes that occurred on the MLS and when visitors sign up you get an email with their contact information... the site itself has a very clean look and feel and visitors/clients really like the map search feature. The "keyword" search under quick search is also excellent - as far as I know, Realzi is the only company that offers this feature... this allows you to search items like "owner finance", "greenbelt", etc.. The service and support is excellent - everyone at Realzi is extremely responsive and they are very receptive to client feedback. |
| Con's | As of now, we can't customize the registration form. It would be great if we could ask more information... I would like to know if the person registering is a seller/buyer/tenant, etc. It would also be great if the registration form integrated with current CRM products (Top Producer, Salesforce, etc...). |
