Features and Abilities...
Clients can change their keywords, page titles, and content. The ability to add links and miscellaneous pages is a few months out.
They are also working on providing the capability to integrate a client management system (ie. Wise Agent) however no client/leaad management abilities currently exist.
No setup fee and $59 per month for hosting, month to month, no long term contract. Template choices and color selection for the free sites is limited. (ie. www.viewallchandlerproperties.com)
The agent on site can have their personal listings pulled as featured listings. Most recent price reductions and most recent listings are featured as well. Master planned communities and neighborhoods can be used as topic pages as well. The agent can change or add to their copy. Every page is optimized and crawlable.

Dynamic Page Solutions IDX system appears to be another highly seo friendly IDX System for Realtors. Though you can't take full control of your website like some other systems you can edit meta data and content for existing pages (this is a step up from many others in this category).
Not unlike, Realty Net Media and Realzi, this solution seems to have been developed from a search engine perspective first and a contact management / sales and marketing tool for Realtors second. As I've mentioned before about systems like this one, this is ultimately a good thing for the industry. They are planning to add some sort of back end access and provide integration into an existing real estate contact manager (Wise Agent) relatively soon. I look forward to these enhancements and the ongoing development of their solution.
