Realty Net Media, has very nice websites and a fully search engine optimized IDX system for Realtors at affordable prices. However it stops there.
Key missing items:
1. Backend access to manage pages, searches or anything
2. Email updates of new or changed listings for website visitors
3. Contact management of any kind - simply receive a free text email on any leads generated

Similar to Realzi, Realty Net Media has a really nice IDX system that's purpose built for the search engines. Nice and simple layouts, quick search ability and lots of pre-built search links to communities are all handled by them, and of course to realize these benefits you must use their website platform / cms. Leads that are generated will be emailed to you and you will enter them into a CRM of some sort and start your follow up.
That's what I'd like to see change.
Most of the vendors that offer the highly search engine friendly IDX systems seem to be content with leaving it at that. If they would only continue to round out their solutions to include some solid contact management and at least offer some email updates of listing information would be great.
Even better would be to offer a plugin or extension to either Wordpress or Joomla! (like Diverse Solutions has) so that the agent or broker has some other options to try and fill in the missing pieces of the puzzle.
